  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Products without original packaging or invoice

  • Items returned after the return window has expired

  • Personal-use products such as earphones or earbuds once opened (for hygiene reasons), unless defective

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment

  • Shipping or convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed


7. Warranty-related Returns

  • Physical damage or unauthorized repairs will void the warranty


8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged or tampered at the time of delivery:
